Making a booking

Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp on +91 99493 06244. An enquiry is not a booking. Your date is held once we confirm it to you directly.

Prices for day outings and celebrations are quoted per booking, because they depend on your date and headcount. The price we quote you is the price.

Timings

Day outings run 9 AM – 9 PM. Overnight stays check in at 12 PM and check out at 11 AM. If you need longer, ask when booking — extensions are often possible for private groups.

Exclusive use of the property

The property is let to one group at a time. The grounds, pool and facilities are yours for the duration of your booking. Guest numbers should match what you told us when booking, since the quote is based on them.

Conduct and safety

• Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the swimming pool. There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Pets are welcome, but remain your responsibility on the property and around other guests in your group.
• The property is covered by CCTV in common areas for security, and a caretaker is on site at all times.
• Please treat the grounds, rooms and equipment with care. You are responsible for damage caused by your group.

Food and drink

In-house catering is available with a chef on site, and kitchen access is available if your group prefers to cook. Outside caterers are permitted on request — please agree this with us in advance rather than on the day. Bar setup is available on request.

Cancellations and changes

If your plans change, tell us as early as you can and we will do what we reasonably can to move your date.

Specific cancellation, refund and security-deposit terms are confirmed with you in writing at the time of booking.

The property

Mytri Farmhouse has 20 rooms and open grounds at PMCW+5P9, Mamidiyal, Markook, Siddipet district, Telangana 502279. All celebrations are hosted outdoors on the lawns and grounds.
