Privacy policy

This page explains what Mytri Farmhouse does with the information you give us. It is short because we do very little with it.

What we collect when you enquire

When you use the quote form, the package builder or a WhatsApp button, we record the details you entered — occasion, date, guest count, and your name and phone number if you supplied them. We record this on our own server at the moment you tap the button, before WhatsApp opens, so that we can follow up even if the message is never sent.

We also record which page you were on and, if you arrived from an advertisement, which advertisement it was. That is how we work out which ads are worth running.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to arrange your booking. Enquiries are stored in a private spreadsheet and on our own server, and an alert is sent to the owner’s phone so that you get a fast reply. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services described below.

Analytics and advertising

If you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to measure which pages and advertisements lead to bookings. If you decline, neither is loaded — declining actually prevents them from running rather than only hiding the banner.

Where we send conversion information to Meta from our server, any personal detail such as a phone number is irreversibly hashed first. Meta receives the hash, not the number.

Marketing messages

We only send offers on WhatsApp if you ticked the box asking for them. That box is never ticked by default. Reply STOP to any message and we will remove you.

Having your information deleted

Message or call +91 99493 06244 and ask us to delete your enquiry. We will remove it from the spreadsheet and our server.
