Mythri Farm Stays is north of Shamirpet, further up the Karimnagar highway in Mamidiyal, Markook mandal — the next mandal over, on the Siddipet district side, near Kondapochamma Sagar. From north Hyderabad it is a drive out along the highway rather than across the city. It has 20 AC rooms, a pool and open lawns for day outings and stays.
Shamirpet is where a lot of Hyderabad goes looking for a farmhouse — it is the first open country on the Karimnagar highway once you are past the Outer Ring Road. Mythri Farm Stays is further up the same road, over the district line in Markook mandal, beside the Kondapochamma Sagar reservoir.

The property is north of the city, so from Secunderabad, Alwal, Kompally or Sainikpuri the drive does not cross the centre of Hyderabad at all. You head for Shamirpet and keep going. That is the difference between a morning that starts on an open highway and one that starts in city traffic.
It also makes a weekday outing realistic. A team from an office on the north side can leave after the morning meeting and be on the lawn by lunch — and weekday rates are lower than weekends.
